This private Transformational Breathwork infused with Reiki experience creates a calm, compassionate space where your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and whatever is ready can naturally unfold.
Before we meet, I'll invite you to share the intention you're bringing into our time together. I thoughtfully curate the music for your session around that intention, creating a deeply personal journey that supports exactly where you are. Combined with Reiki, every session is uniquely designed for you.
Whether you're moving through a challenging season or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, this experience offers a gentle invitation to come home to your body and reconnect with the quiet wisdom already within you.
Each session begins with a conversation about what you're experiencing and what you'd like to receive support around. Together, we'll settle into your intention before gently beginning the breathwork journey.
There is no rush.
There is nothing to perform. Nothing to get right.
Your breath already knows the way.
Using a simple guided breathing rhythm of Belly... Chest... Exhale..., I'll guide you every step of the way. Reiki is offered continuously throughout the experience, creating a supportive environment where your nervous system can soften and your body can respond in its own time.
If you're comfortable leaving your camera on, I'll gently coach you throughout the session, offering personalized guidance based on what I'm witnessing. Many people appreciate being lovingly witnessed during the journey, while others prefer the privacy of turning their camera off. Both are welcome, and together we'll choose what feels most supportive for you.
If it feels natural, you may also be invited to explore gentle sound or vocal expression as another way of supporting your experience. Every journey is unique. Some people experience emotional release, some receive unexpected clarity, and others simply discover a profound sense of peace. Whatever unfolds, you'll never be asked to go beyond what feels right for your body.
We close with time to rest, integrate, and simply notice what has shifted. One of the gifts of meeting virtually is that when our time together comes to an end, you can simply close your laptop, wrap yourself in a blanket, and continue resting in the comfort of your own home.

• Yoga mat, bed, or couch to lie down comfortably
• Two cozy blankets
• Small pillow
• Eye mask (optional)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• A white noise machine outside your door (optional, but helpful if you'd like additional privacy)
