The Authentic Creative Sanctuary
A living archive of women’s wisdom.
Women often arrive expecting to share what they’ve built. They leave remembering who they are.
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary is an intimate monthly gathering for entrepreneurial, creative, spiritually minded women who value authenticity, meaningful connection, and conversations that reach beneath the surface.
Each gathering begins with Transformational Breathwork infused with Reiki, followed by reflection, integration, and a professionally facilitated conversation recorded for The Authentic Creative podcast.
The recording becomes part of a much larger experience.
Women gather from different places, industries, and stages of life. They settle into their bodies, listen with presence, speak from lived experience, and discover what becomes possible when no one is asking them to perform.
The Sanctuary is the experience.
The podcast is the ripple.
September 2026 through July 2027
Second Friday Monthly on Zoom
9:30 AM–12:00 PM Pacific Time
Why These Conversations Feel Different
Authentic conversations are shaped long before the first question is asked.
Most interviews begin with introductions, credentials, and a microphone.
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary begins with the body.
Transformational Breathwork infused with Reiki helps each woman arrive more fully, settle her nervous system, and reconnect with herself before the recorded conversation begins.
By the time we start speaking, something meaningful has already happened.
The room feels warmer.
People listen differently.
Polished answers give way to something more alive.
Women respond from the truth of their experience, follow the natural direction of the conversation, and share what is real for them in that moment.
The podcast captures conversations that could only emerge from this particular sequence, this carefully cultivated room, and these women gathered together.
The experience creates the recording.
The Rhythm of Each Gathering
9:30 AM — Arrival and Connection
We begin by entering the space together, settling in, and opening the theme for the day.
Transformational Breathwork Infused with Reiki
A guided breathwork journey supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, deeper embodiment, and the spaciousness to receive what is ready to emerge.
Reflection and Integration
There is time to breathe normally, return gently, gather your thoughts, and share anything you would like the group to know.
10:30 AM — Recorded Sanctuary Conversation
The recording begins once everyone has had the opportunity to arrive fully.
The conversation unfolds around a thoughtfully chosen theme, with room for honesty, nuance, laughter, emotion, curiosity, and the unexpected wisdom that appears when women feel safe enough to speak freely.
12:00 PM — Closing
We complete the gathering together, carrying the conversation into our lives, relationships, creative work, and the communities we serve.
Healing Begins with Safety
Healing begins the moment we feel safe enough to tell the truth.
Advice has its place. Insight can be valuable. Yet some of the most powerful shifts happen when another person listens with their whole presence and allows us to hear ourselves clearly.
That is part of what the Sanctuary makes possible.
Women are given time to finish a thought.
Silence is welcome.
Emotion belongs.
Humor belongs.
Complexity belongs.
You are free to share what is alive for you without turning it into a lesson, a performance, or a polished piece of expertise.
Something changes when a woman realizes she can be deeply respected and fully human in the same room.
A Different Kind of Professional Gathering
Networking often begins with, “What do you do?”
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary is more interested in who you are underneath everything you have built.
Strategy, visibility, and professional connection naturally emerge here. They grow through trust, genuine interest, shared experience, and the recognition that meaningful collaboration begins with relationship.
You may meet a future client, collaborator, teacher, friend, referral partner, podcast guest, retreat participant, or creative ally.
You may also meet a part of yourself that has been waiting for enough spaciousness to return.
Why the Sanctuary Is Curated
Every woman shapes the room.
Her presence, emotional maturity, generosity, curiosity, and willingness to listen influence what becomes possible for everyone else.
Invitations are extended with care to women who value depth, integrity, growth, creativity, and authentic connection.
This may include entrepreneurs, founders, artists, writers, actors, authors, healers, coaches, physicians, teachers, facilitators, and leaders from many different fields.
Accomplishments offer one part of the story.
The qualities that matter most inside the Sanctuary are harder to place on a résumé:
Presence.
Warmth.
Self-awareness.
A genuine interest in other women.
The capacity to listen.
A willingness to tell the truth.
Curation protects the tenderness, intelligence, and quality of the experience. It allows the room to become part of the medicine.
Who Feels at Home Here
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary is for women who are committed to their own evolution and drawn to conversations that feel generous, intelligent, emotionally honest, and alive.
You may feel at home here if you value authenticity over performance, enjoy meeting remarkable women across different fields, and want professional relationships rooted in humanity rather than transaction.
This space welcomes women who care as much about listening as speaking, who remain curious when a conversation moves in an unexpected direction, and who understand that their wisdom includes far more than what they have accomplished.
Preparation is simple.
Bring yourself.
Arrive on time.
Participate in the full experience.
Allow the conversation to unfold.
What Women Experience Inside the Sanctuary
Women often arrive believing they are joining a podcast panel.
They leave with something much more personal.
The experience may include feeling deeply seen, reconnecting with intuition, receiving support from women who understand the complexity of leadership and creative life, and discovering new language for something that has been living quietly inside.
The room offers space for laughter, reflection, emotion, professional connection, creative inspiration, and honest conversation without comparison.
Friendships begin.
Collaborations emerge.
Ideas become clearer.
Hope returns.
A woman remembers that she can be accomplished, tender, uncertain, powerful, joyful, grieving, creative, wise, and fully herself.
The episode matters.
The visibility is meaningful.
The relationships and inner shifts continue long after the recording ends.
A Living Archive of Women’s Wisdom

They breathe, settle, listen, and tell the truth.

The podcast carries the wisdom outward.

The 2026–2027 Sanctuary Year
The first full Sanctuary year will unfold from September 2026 through July 2027, with August reserved for rest and renewal.
One gathering takes place the second Friday of each month on Zoom from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
Eleven gatherings create a steady rhythm while allowing women to choose the level of participation that fits their lives.
Some women will join one conversation.
Others will return for several themes throughout the year.
A smaller group may choose to participate in the entire season, allowing familiarity, trust, and relationships to deepen month by month.
Once you’ve been invited into the Sanctuary, you may reserve however many months you’d like to be in it, keeping in mind we have only up to between 7-11 spaces in any given month open. You’ll want to reserve as much in advance as possible if you want to guarantee your spot.
Dates and themes are curated in advance so each woman can select the gatherings that feel most aligned.
The Investment
Sanctuary gatherings are $55 each, $300 for 6, or $555 for all 11.
This contribution honors the breathwork, Reiki, facilitation, curation, editing, production, promotion, and community held within each experience while keeping participation accessible.
The investment is for the Sanctuary as a whole.
The podcast episode is one beautiful part of what you receive.
Participation can be selected one gathering at a time or planned across several months, depending on the rhythm that feels right for you.
The Spirit of Participation
The Sanctuary works because each woman contributes to the quality of the room.
Participants agree to attend the full gathering, including Transformational Breathwork, integration, and the recorded conversation.
There is no homework and nothing to prepare.
Themes are offered as doorways rather than assignments. You are invited to speak from your own life, stay present with the women around you, and allow the conversation to become something none of us could have created alone.
After publication, participants are asked to support the collective ripple by sharing the episode with their community, tagging @siribaructhornton, and leaving an Apple Podcasts review if they have not already done so.
This shared promotion helps every woman’s voice travel farther.
About the Recorded Conversation
The sharing begins around 10:30 AM Pacific Time after breathwork as integration.
The conversation is professionally edited with care, usually requiring more than ten hours of post-production.
Episodes are generally released within several days of the gathering.
Personal shares offered during the recorded portion may remain in the episode when they support the conversation. Boundaries can be discussed before recording, and specific requests may be shared with Siri during the editing process.
The goal is to preserve the truth and beauty of the exchange while honoring the women who trusted the room.
About Siri
Siri Baruc Thornton is a Reiki Master of Masters, Transformational Breathwork facilitator, actor, retreat leader, and host of The Authentic Creative podcast.
For more than thirty years, she has studied healing, human behavior, psychology, spirituality, creativity, performance, voice, embodiment, and the conditions that allow people to feel safe enough to become more fully themselves.
Her background as a professional actor taught her to listen beneath words, notice what remains unspoken, ask questions that open rather than direct, and recognize the moment someone moves from performing into genuine presence.
Decades of Reiki practice, Buddhist study, breathwork, intuitive development, facilitation, and thousands of conversations have deepened that capacity.
Siri’s work is guided by one central intention:
To create extraordinary spaces where people feel deeply seen, safe to tell the truth, and remember who they truly are.
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary is one of the clearest expressions of that lifelong work.
The Heart of the Sanctuary
Women carry extraordinary wisdom.
Much of it lives beneath the language they use professionally, the roles they hold, and the stories they have learned to tell about themselves.
The Sanctuary creates enough safety, time, and presence for that wisdom to surface.
A woman may arrive ready to talk about her business, her book, her creative work, her leadership, or the life she has built.
Somewhere inside the conversation, she often finds herself speaking about what shaped her, what she longs for, what she has survived, what she now understands, and what she is becoming ready to receive.
Her humanity becomes the source of the wisdom.
The room listens.
The podcast preserves it.
The ripple continues.
Women often arrive expecting to share what they’ve built. They leave remembering who they are.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an established public figure?

Your lived experience is enough. A theme and any helpful context will be shared in advance, though there are no rehearsed answers, presentations, or lessons to prepare.
Is Breathwork required?
Yes. Transformational Breathwork infused with Reiki is an essential part of the Sanctuary architecture and shapes the quality of the conversation that follows.
How many women attend?
Each gathering is intentionally intimate, with up to twelve women including Siri.
Can I join only one gathering?
Yes. You may choose one theme, several gatherings throughout the year, or the full September-through-July rhythm.

When will the episode be released?
Episodes are thoughtfully edited and generally published within several days of the gathering.
Will I receive promotional materials?
The published episode will be promoted through The Authentic Creative platforms. Optional professionally edited clips may be available for an additional fee.

Participants are asked to share the episode with their community, tag @siribaructhornton, and support the podcast with an Apple review if they have not already left one.
How do I know whether this is right for me?
Read the page slowly and notice what happens in your body.
The women who feel most at home here usually recognize the experience before they fully understand it.
They value depth.
They want meaningful relationships.
They are ready to be seen beyond what they produce.
They care about the kind of room they enter and the kind of room they help create.
When that recognition is present, the next step is a conversation.
Living with the Themes & Questions
The Authentic Creative Sanctuary unfolds over the course of a year, following the natural rhythm of the seasons and the quiet evolution that so many women experience as the months unfold.
Each gathering is centered around a thoughtfully chosen theme, inspired by the season, the full moon, and the questions many of us are already living.
You may find yourself returning to these themes in the weeks before we gather. Notice what arises during a walk, a conversation with a friend, a challenging moment, a joyful one, or simply in the ordinary rhythm of everyday life.
You might also use these themes to decide which gatherings feel most aligned with where you are right now.
There is no right way to engage with them.
Simply let them accompany you.

Season
Early Autumn | A season of returning to rhythm

Harvest (Corn) Moon
As summer gives way to autumn, children return to school, calendars begin to fill, and familiar routines re-emerge. Many women spend this season helping everyone else settle into a new rhythm while quietly wondering where they belong within it.
The Harvest Moon reminds us to pause before moving forward—to notice what has grown, what has nourished us, and what is ready to be gathered.
We begin our Sanctuary year by coming home to ourselves.
