The Authentic Creative Podcast

Expanding Our Capacity to Feel Good

Honest conversations that help you come home to yourself.

Every conversation is an opportunity to remember that healing, creativity, and authenticity have always belonged together.

The Authentic Creative brings together psychology, spirituality, science, relationships, creativity, and the beautifully imperfect human experience through conversations that invite us to slow down, become curious, and reconnect with what matters most.

Hosted by Siri Baruc Thornton—Reiki Master, Transformational Breathwork facilitator, actor, and founder of sage + blush wellness—the podcast is shaped by more than three decades of studying healing, human behavior, creativity, and personal transformation alongside remarkable guests from around the world.

Conversations You’ll Remember

Curiosity leads every conversation.

Guests have included Emmy Award winners, New York Times bestselling authors, neuroscientists, psychologists, physicians, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, actors, researchers, spiritual teachers, and everyday people with extraordinary stories.

What stays with me most, though, isn’t someone’s résumé.

It’s the moment their shoulders relax.

The pause before they share something they’ve never said out loud.

The laughter that follows tears.

The relief that comes from realizing they don’t have to perform, impress, or have everything figured out.

Those moments become an invitation for all of us to soften a little, breathe a little deeper, and recognize ourselves in one another.

Why This Podcast Exists

I believe honest conversations change lives.

Over hundreds of episodes, I’ve watched people remember who they are in real time. I’ve seen tears become laughter, uncertainty become clarity, and vulnerability become connection.

Again and again, someone smiles and quietly says,

“I’ve never shared that before.”

Those moments remind me that feeling truly seen has the power to change us.

The subtitle of this podcast is Expanding Our Capacity to Feel Good.

For me, feeling good has always meant living with the capacity to experience the fullness of being human.

Love.

Grief.

Wonder.

Joy.

Uncertainty.

Heartbreak.

Gratitude.

A regulated nervous system gives us room for all of it. As that capacity grows, life opens with it. Relationships deepen. Creativity returns. Compassion expands. We begin trusting ourselves again.

That is the journey these conversations invite us into.
