Welcome.

At sage + blush wellness, everything begins with one intention:

To create extraordinary spaces where you feel deeply seen, safe to tell the truth, and remember who you truly are.

I believe every person carries an innate capacity to heal.

My life’s work has been devoted to understanding what creates the conditions where that natural healing can unfold.

When we feel safe enough to be ourselves, something begins to soften. We breathe a little deeper. We trust ourselves a little more. We reconnect with the wisdom that has always been within us.

Whether we meet through breathwork, Reiki, a retreat, a sound bath, a podcast conversation, or simply these words, my hope is that you feel welcomed exactly as you are.

I’m Siri Baruc Thornton.

Healing has been woven into my life from the very beginning.

I was born in a yoga ashram in Boston, Massachusetts, where meditation, yoga, and spiritual practice were part of everyday life. When I was two years old, my family moved to Vermont. My father continued teaching yoga, my mother discovered Reiki, and before long our home became a place where people gathered to heal.

As a teenager, I attended weekly meditation circles led by Reiki Masters and assisted my mother as she taught Reiki. Those early experiences quietly shaped the way I hold space today—with presence, curiosity, compassion, and deep listening.

For more than thirty years, Reiki has been part of my daily life.

I’ve always been fascinated by people.

What helps us heal.

What shapes us.

What gives us the courage to tell the truth.

What allows someone to feel free enough to become fully themselves.

That curiosity has led me to many different classrooms throughout my life. Some were traditional, including psychology studies at Clark University. Others were creative. I spent more than two decades studying and working professionally as an actor in theater, film, and television throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Voice, movement, storytelling, and character development taught me to listen beneath words, appreciate the complexity of every human story, and recognize the many roles we learn to play throughout our lives.

Those lessons continue to shape every conversation I have, every podcast I record, every retreat I facilitate, and every space I create.

A Life of Practice

One of the greatest gifts of my life has been discovering that growth is a lifelong practice.

For more than eighteen years, my daily Buddhist practice has been one of the quiet anchors of my life. Through chanting, study, leadership, community, and supporting others, I’ve deepened my understanding of courage, compassion, gratitude, responsibility, and the extraordinary capacity each of us has to transform our lives from the inside out.

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve through the study of many healing and spiritual practices. Again and again, I’ve found myself returning to what feels most essential: Reiki, Transformational Breathwork, sound healing, authentic conversation, beauty, community, and creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, safe, and free to be themselves.

Everything I share has first become part of my own life.

I continue to practice, learn, question, refine, and begin again.

My Work Today

Today I live in Camas, Washington with my husband, Jake, our two boys, Phoenix and Bodhi, and our two Golden Retrievers.

My work includes private sessions, Transformational Breathwork infused with Reiki, sound baths, Reiki certifications, retreats, workshops, speaking, and hosting The Authentic Creative: Expanding Our Capacity to Feel Good, a podcast ranked among the top 2% globally with listeners in more than 65 countries.

Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside people during some of life’s most meaningful moments, from celebrations and new beginnings to grief, illness, transition, and profound personal transformation. Those experiences continue to deepen my respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the quiet wisdom that emerges when people feel truly supported.

Everything I create grows from the same intention:

To create extraordinary spaces where you feel deeply seen, safe to tell the truth, and remember who you truly are.

Way to Go for Showing Up for Yourself

Way to go for giving yourself the gift of your own time, heart, attention, nervous system, and healing.

Choosing yourself is one of the most generous things you can do because everyone connected to you receives the ripple effect.

If our paths cross through a podcast conversation, a retreat, a private session, a Reiki certification, a sound bath, or simply through these words, I’m grateful you’re here.

Welcome.

Let’s keep expanding our capacity to feel good, one breath at a time.
