Siri Baruc Thornton is a healer, creative, and guide devoted to expanding our capacity to feel good. She is the host of The Authentic Creative podcast, a top 2% globally ranked show with listeners in over 65 countries, where she shares reflections on healing, embodiment, creativity, and self expression. With over 27 years of experience as a Reiki Master and a Transformational Breathwork teacher, Siri supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing what they have been carrying, and remembering who they are beneath the roles. Her work blends breathwork infused with Reiki, intuitive guidance, sound, poetry, and beauty forward ritual to cultivate nervous system safety, emotional clarity, and grounded creative momentum.
Her journey began in a Boston yoga ashram and continued through Vermont healing communities, where she immersed herself in Reiki and holistic practice from an early age. That foundation grew into a thriving practice offering private sessions, in person classes in Camas, Washington, intimate group experiences, and immersive retreats.
Siri leads women’s healing retreats and transformational gatherings designed as spacious resets for women who do it all and are ready to exhale. She hosts retreats on the Oregon Coast and intimate experiences at her home in Camas, Washington. Whether she is guiding breathwork or holding a room with warmth and precision, Siri helps women return to authenticity, love, creativity, and self expression, expanding our capacity to feel good one breath at a time.
Siri Baruc Thornton was born in 1978 into a yoga ashram in Boston, Massachusetts, where she grew up immersed in a community that practiced yoga and meditation daily. At just two years old, her family relocated to Vermont, where her father taught yoga classes that she attended while her mother discovered the transformative power of Reiki.
Siri became involved in the Reiki community during high school, participating in weekly meditation groups led by Reiki Masters. In 2000, she completed her Reiki I and II training with the late Karen Krieger at the Liberty School of Reiki in Jericho, Vermont. She actively contributed to Reiki clinics and deepened her studies, ultimately choosing Master Libby Barnett, author of Reiki Energy Medicine, to guide her through Mastership, which she completed in 2003 at The Reiki Healing Connection in Wilton, New Hampshire.
Throughout her twenties, thirties, and forties, Siri learned meditation and clairvoyant practices with spiritual teacher Michael Tamura, author of You Are the Answer. This training enriched her spiritual journey and deepened her understanding of healing.
Siri launched her full-time Reiki practice in Greenwich, Connecticut, becoming a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce. She provided her healing services at various venues, including the YWCA, health fairs, schools, and local businesses, and even practiced in a dental office to help soothe anxious patients. Her work received recognition in publications such as The Greenwich Times and Fairfield County Business Journal, and her article “What is Reiki?” was published in Inner Realm Magazine in 2002.
In 2011, Siri earned her Master of Masters designation from Libby Barnett, empowering her to train other Reiki Masters. As a Certified Reiki Master of Masters, she practices Reiki daily, dedicated to helping individuals regain balance, health, peace, and joy in their lives.
In addition to Reiki, Siri is a Transformational Breathwork coach, an Akashic Record teacher, a Human Design Reader, and has years of experience in the clairvoyant field. She has developed a unique system that her clients describe as eye-opening and transformative.
Most recently, Siri has embraced her role as a breathwork facilitator, recognizing the profound impact that breath can have on healing and self-discovery. Through breathwork and reiki she creates a safe and supportive space for participants to explore their inner landscapes, release emotional blockages, and connect with their true selves. Siri is passionate about guiding others on this journey of transformation, helping them tap into their inner strength and creativity. She finds immense joy in teaching and facilitating, nurturing a community where individuals can thrive and experience the fullness of their being.
