Each 75-minute session is held on Zoom and tailored to your energy, your needs, and your intentions. We begin with soft listening and intention setting, followed by a music-infused breathwork journey, infused with Reiki and intuitive support. Sessions close with rest and integration, creating space for your body and spirit to absorb the healing.
