This signature experience is thoughtfully designed to help participants release stress, reconnect with themselves, and return feeling lighter, clearer, and more present. By combining the active power of Transformational Breathwork, the gentle support of Reiki, and the deep rest of a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, we create space for both release and restoration.
Whether you're gathering for a corporate wellness event, leadership retreat, employee appreciation experience, conference, creative workshop, community gathering, or private celebration, each experience is intentionally designed around the unique intention and energy of your group.
We begin by arriving together through a carefully chosen poem.
There is no rush.
As everyone settles in comfortably, each person is invited to draw a Surrender card to reflect on throughout our time together. From there, I'll gently guide the group through grounding and an introduction to Transformational Breathwork, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, supported, and ready to begin. No prior experience is necessary.
We then move into an immersive breathwork journey, with Reiki offered throughout to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself. As the active breathing comes to a close, the experience naturally unfolds into an extended Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, allowing time to rest, integrate, and simply receive. Along the way, subtle touches—including lilac or rose aromatherapy, a tuning fork, and the soothing sounds of the ocean drum as we gently return—are thoughtfully woven throughout, creating a beautiful sense of calm from beginning to end.
