Authentic Creative: Breathwork and Reiki by the Sea

Imagine arriving at the coast on a Sunday evening, setting your bags down in a bright beach house, and hearing the ocean every time you step onto the deck. The hot tub is warm, the sky is turning gold, and for the next few days you do not have to cook, plan, or hold anything for anyone. You get to be the one who is held.

Authentic Creative: Breathwork and Reiki by the Sea is an intimate oceanfront retreat with only 7 guest spots, created for women who do so much for everyone else and are ready to be deeply nourished in body, heart, and nervous system.

We gather on Rockaway Beach, Oregon, in a cozy home just a few steps from the ocean. There is an in house sauna, a hot tub on the deck where you can watch the sunset, and a sweet little gift shop and ice cream shop within walking distance. The beach is across a tiny street from the house, close enough that you can hear the waves from the deck at night.

Every guest receives

• 3 nights and 3 days in a seaside retreat home at Rockaway Beach

• 8 prepared meals, beginning with dinner on Sunday and ending with a light breakfast on Wednesday

• 2 Transformational Breathwork journeys infused with Reiki

• 3 Nightly sound baths to settle your system before sleep

• An opening cacao ceremony to soften and open your heart

Schedule and daily rhythm (may shift slightly)

Arrival on Sunday

• Arrival at 5pm

• Time to settle in, and explore the house and beach

• First shared dinner prepared for you

• Opening circle with intention setting, cacao, gentle practice, and time to arrive out of regular life and into retreat

Monday

• Breakfast and quiet time to walk on the beach, sit with your journal, or sip tea on the deck, cold plunge in the ocean if you like

• Late morning Transformational Breathwork journey infused with Reiki, journaling and share circle

• Rest and free integration time

• Lunch prepared for you

• Spacious afternoon for napping, visiting the nearby gift shop or ice cream shop, reading, or soaking in the sauna or hot tub, ocean walks

• Late afternoon sisterhood share circle and gentle movement or dance

• Dinner together

• Nighttime sound bath to soothe your nervous system before sleep

Tuesday

• Morning rhythm similar to Monday with breakfast and sea time or stillness

• A second deep Breathwork journey with Reiki support and journaling

• Integration time and lunch

• Open afternoon for beach walks, photos, sunset watching from the hot tub, or quiet rest in your room

• Evening closing ceremony and circle to gather what you have received and name what you are taking home

• Final sound and integration practice to complete the retreat

Departure on Wednesday

• Light breakfast items available

• Slow, simple morning for packing, one last walk on the beach, and quiet goodbyes

• Departure by 10:00 Pacific time

Sleeping arrangements

This retreat is intentionally small. There are 7 guest spots total, plus me as your facilitator and 1 chef and or assistant to prep meals.

• One king bed that I share with someone I’m close with already coming

• One bunk room with 4 individual bunks where 3 guests and the chef sleep

Your own private queen bedroom with a door you can close, it’s own bathroom, extra space for quiet and rest, and room to spread out. Ideal if you know you need solitude to fully reset.

A spacious king bed shared with 1 other guest. One of these spots is in the room I share, and 2 spots are in the second king bedroom. Perfect if you love a big cozy bed and enjoy the feeling of a built in retreat sister. Your own bathroom with 2 sinks.

Cozy bunk in shared room
3 spots

A comfortable bunk in the shared bunk room. This is the most accessible tier while still giving you full access to every practice, meal, circle, and offering.

Cancellation Policy

Your payment secures your spot and allows us to begin preparing your meals, gifts, and the sacred container we will share. Due to the intimate nature of these retreats, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, your spot is fully transferable to another woman of your choosing, or may be applied toward a future retreat with advance approval.

If for any reason I need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.
