More Than a Certification. A Homecoming.

For four days, my home becomes your retreat.

Together, we'll step away from the pace of everyday life and into a beautifully curated space designed for learning, restoration, meaningful conversation, and deep connection. Everything—from the rhythm of our days to the meals we share, the sound baths, the forest walks, and the way Reiki is taught—is intentionally created to help your nervous system soften so learning can happen with greater ease.

Imagine arriving on a Sunday evening, setting your bags down, being welcomed into my home, sharing a nourishing meal together, and feeling your nervous system begin to exhale before the retreat has even begun.

This intimate retreat is designed for women who feel called to learn Reiki in a grounded, spacious, and deeply supported way while immersed in the beauty, warmth, and healing energy of a home intentionally transformed into a retreat space.

Whether you're completely new to Reiki, returning to deepen your relationship with it, or revisiting previous certifications, this experience is designed to help you strengthen your confidence, trust your intuition, reconnect with your body, and develop practical tools you'll carry with you for the rest of your life.

No prior Reiki experience is necessary.

For more than 24 years, I've had the privilege of teaching and certifying hundreds of women in the Traditional Usui Reiki lineage. One of my greatest joys is watching women discover that the healing capacity, intuition, and energetic sensitivity they've been searching for has been within them all along.

Reiki offers a gentle way to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, strengthen intuition, support those we love, and cultivate greater presence, compassion, and trust in everyday life.

Many women come simply because they long to feel more connected to themselves. Others come because they want to care for family members, support clients, deepen their intuition, or explore Reiki as part of their professional path.

You do not need to identify as spiritual or religious to learn Reiki. Reiki is gentle, practical, intuitive, and increasingly embraced alongside conventional healthcare as a supportive wellness practice.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki (ray-key) is a gentle Japanese healing practice that supports balance and well-being through light hands-on or hands-above energy work.

Originally rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan, Reiki encourages life force energy to flow more freely through the body, often supporting deep relaxation, clarity, emotional balance, grounding, and restoration.

Once you receive your Reiki attunements, that connection stays with you for life. Reiki can be practiced on yourself, loved ones, animals, food, spaces, and situations, becoming a beautiful companion for everyday living.

Throughout this retreat, you'll receive both your First and Second Degree Traditional Usui Reiki certifications within the lineage in which I was trained, while enjoying abundant hands-on practice, individualized guidance, and personal support in an intentionally intimate learning environment.

First Degree Reiki

First Degree Reiki focuses on self-healing, grounding, nervous system support, and building a strong foundation for lifelong Reiki practice.

Together we'll explore:

• The history and foundations of Reiki

• How Reiki works

• Self-Reiki practices

• Chair treatments for others

• Reiki for food, animals, spaces, and everyday life

• Foundational energy awareness and intuition

• Hands-on Reiki practice

• Reiki attunements

• First Degree training manual

• First Degree Reiki Certificate

Second Degree Reiki

Second Degree Reiki deepens your practice while expanding your confidence, intuition, and ability to share Reiki with others—whether for loved ones or professionally.

You'll learn:

• Sacred Reiki symbols and their practical applications

• Distance Reiki

• Full table treatments

• Expanded energetic sensitivity

• Intuitive development

• Reiki exchange and guided practice

• Additional Reiki attunements

• Second Degree training manual

• Reiki journal

• Second Degree Reiki Practitioner Certificate

The Retreat Experience

Over our days together, we'll gather for:

• Reiki training and attunements

• Hands-on Reiki practice and exchange

• Evening crystal singing bowl sound baths

• Forest walks and integration time

• Spacious mornings and restorative evenings

• Meaningful conversations and heartfelt connection

• Beautifully curated meals lovingly prepared by our caterer

• Time to rest, breathe, learn, reconnect, and simply be

Everything is intentionally designed to help your nervous system soften so learning becomes embodied rather than overwhelming.

With only three to six women, there's space for every question, every practice session, every conversation, and every moment of integration.
